Chris runs Chardon Home Loans in Ballina, working with home buyers and owners right across the Northern Rivers. Behind the service is real experience: over ten years running his own business, and a decade before that in banking and finance roles across the mortgage industry. What drives him is simple. A home loan is the biggest financial commitment most people ever make, and getting good, honest help through it matters. So his approach is guidance, not pressure. You get your options explained in plain English, the time taken to get it right, and a straight answer whenever you need one.
Sharlene is the engine room of Chardon Home Loans in Ballina, the one keeping everything moving behind the scenes. Her career has spanned a few industries, but banking and finance is where she has spent the most of it, including a long run with the Westpac Group under the St George brand, across a range of departments. When Chris was growing the team, Sharlene was the person he reached out to, and we are very glad she said yes. She is exceptional at what she does and genuinely cares about getting the details right, and much of what makes working with us feel easy and well looked after comes down to her.
